Terms of Service

Last updated October 20, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Universe LLC, doing business as Oncirca (“Oncirca”, “we”, “us”), for using the Oncirca apps and website, including One, our AI assistant (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Your account

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country), and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
  • Give accurate account details, keep your password private, and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has access to your account. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
  • If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you put into the Service and of the output One creates for you, to the extent the law allows. You give us permission to store, process and display your content only to run the Service for you and the people you share with, including sending it to our providers as described in the Privacy Policy. Make sure you have the rights to what you upload or share.

Using AI responsibly

  • AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Check important information, and don’t rely on One for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
  • Similar requests can get similar answers, so output may not be unique to you.
  • When you connect an app, One can read and act in it for you. Actions like sending, deleting, publishing or deploying ask for your confirmation first. You’re responsible for the actions you approve.
  • You can report a response or image in the app. We review reports and may act on them.

What you can’t do

Don’t use the Service to:

  • break the law, or help anyone else break it;
  • create or share sexual content involving minors, or sexual or intimate images of real people without their consent;
  • harass, threaten, impersonate or defraud anyone, or promote violence or hate;
  • create malware, attack systems, or get around security or usage limits;
  • infringe others’ intellectual property or privacy, including sharing someone’s personal data without a right to;
  • scrape, resell or reverse engineer the Service, or use it to build a competing model.

We may remove content and limit, suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Spaces and sharing

People you invite to a space can see and work on what’s in it. Owners can remove members, and you can leave a space at any time. If someone in a space is abusive, leave the space and report it to [email protected].

Plans, usage and payment

  • Chatting with One is free and unlimited at the default (Light) effort, subject to fair use. Everything beyond chat, such as using your apps, web searches, images, dictation and voice, and replies at a deeper effort (Moderate or Heavy), counts toward your plan’s monthly usage. Some of these use more than others.
  • Every plan includes every feature; plans differ only in how much usage they include. The free plan includes minimal usage, and paid plans range from Light to Ultra. The app shows how much of this month’s usage you have left.
  • Usage resets at the start of each period and doesn’t carry over. Referral bonuses are one time and expire 12 months after they’re earned. Usage and bonuses have no cash value and can’t be transferred.
  • Paid plans renew each month until you cancel, and you can cancel any time; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are handled by our payment processor, Polar. Prices may change; we’ll tell you before a change applies to your plan. Except where the law requires, payments aren’t refundable.
  • We may set fair-use limits, such as a daily limit on replies, to keep the Service available for everyone.

Connected apps and other services

Apps you connect, such as Google, GitHub, Slack, Notion or HubSpot, are run by other companies under their own terms. We aren’t responsible for them, and you can disconnect them at any time.

Apple App Store

If you got the app from the Apple App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn’t responsible for the app or its support, and has no obligation to maintain it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

Changes, suspension and ending

  • We may change or stop features. If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we’ll tell you before the change takes effect; continuing to use the Service means you accept the new terms.
  • You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in Settings → Account.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you, and nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about them or the Service will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. If you live outside the US, this doesn’t take away protections that the consumer law where you live gives you.
