What counts as usage?
Chatting with One is free. Usage only counts when One does something beyond chat.
Your usage is one pool. Spend it on any mix of searches, app actions, images, dictation, voice, and deeper answers. Higher plans give you more room, billed monthly, and you can always see how much you have left.

Questions
Is chatting with One really free?
Yes, on every plan. Usage only counts when One does something beyond chat, like searching the web, using your apps, creating an image, or talking by voice, or when you ask for deeper answers. A fair-use limit of 200 replies a day keeps chat free for everyone.
What are Light, Moderate, and Heavy?
How hard One works on a reply. Every chat starts on Light, which is free. Switch a chat to Moderate or Heavy from the + menu when you want One to think longer, research more, and give a fuller answer; each of those replies uses a little usage, Heavy a bit more. The chat stays on that setting until you change it, and new chats start on Light.
Does unused usage roll over?
No. Your usage refreshes each billing period and doesn’t carry over.
What happens if I run out?
You can keep chatting with One. Anything beyond chat pauses until your usage refreshes, or you can switch plans or refer a friend any time.
Are features different between plans?
No. Every plan, including the free one, has every feature. Only the usage differs.
How do referral bonuses work?
Share your invite link from Oncirca. On any plan, you get $3 of extra usage for each friend who signs up and starts using Oncirca. It’s used after your monthly usage and lasts 12 months.
How does usage work in shared Spaces?
Everything in a Space uses the plan of the person who owns it, so members don’t need a paid plan of their own. Owners can set a usage limit for each member.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time from your account settings in Oncirca. A new plan starts right away, with the price difference prorated. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
